I was going to see the Emperor's Hand from Kaineng and was pressing ALT to auto-run to the sign when I noticed this fella up on the top tier of the building gate:



I clicked on him a few times, but couldn't get to him. Is there some sort of back story to him, such as that he's the emperor's chamber boy that has had enough of continuously pot changing and without appreciation decides to end his life tragically during the Festival by hurling himself off or maybe just some random guard with a special name?

You can get up there, theres a way .

After you defeat Shiro, you run through the Divine Path to the portal that leads into Kaineng Center.

That portal puts you on the upper level, where that NPC and all the moron players screaming "Free MiniPet to the first person that opens trade" are accessible.
