WTB -2/-3 Shield

Hi, I was interested in a -2/-3 shield with a req of 8 or 9 (Strength/Tactics doesn't matter really). PC Guru here said I could find a req 8 with an average skin for around 50k, so that's what I'm offering. If the skin isn't that average, a little more. And if it's req 9 we'll work something out. i have a req 8 tact aegis (malinons shield skin) with max armor, -2stance, -3hexed that i will sell you. id like to get 75k out of it. i know its no fancy factions skin, but a req7 (same skin, same stats) just sold on high end for 100k+20ecto so i think 75k is a pretty fair price for a req8.
