beast master build

was playing around with beast mastery the other day and this seems to be a real caster killer.

dune lizard (special is: fast attack)

troll ugnaunt
charm animal
whirling defense
call of haste
ferouscius strike {e}
predators pounce
feral lunge
poisonous bite

this is how it works. you use a wand and off-hand for energy. then use your pet to use poisenous bite and predators pounce. if used correctly they will now be bleeding and poisened. then pull of feral lunge which strikes for +_ dmg and heals pet for +_ health. finaly use ferouscius strike to do +_ dmg and +_ energy.

lots of dmg and if you use a dune lizard and call of haste you will see the 50's stacking up. please critisize all you want this is not the finished build im still playing around.

Not to be a jerk, but you have feral lunge and pred. pounce mixed up in your text. Also, all pets attack the exact same, except for the type of damage.... but the speed is the same. Also, if you're pet is to be taking most of the damage, then you may want a way to heal it.

Tuperwho is correct in that all pets attack the same speed. The only exceptions to this are the bear and the moa. The bear has a universally slower attack speed, which is not compensated for by other strengths. The moa starts out with a faster attack speed, but upon leveling this fades away so that it all is equal in the end.

In addition to the above, I must ask some questions. First, why use Troll Unguent instead of Predatory Bond? Second, is this a RA build? If it's not, then you really need to reconsider finding a place for Comfort Animal in the build. Lastly, had you considered subbing out either Feral Lunge or Poisonous Bite for Scavenger Strike?

Personally, I much prefer Enraged Lunge to Ferocious Strike when it comes to my beastmaster elite. However, for a Ferocious Strike build this is alright.

ty i have switched troll to predatory bond and it is much better. however i find that it is very rare that a pet will die in ra. with the high beast mastery they obviusly are stronger than the normal pet and most people just ignore them. i just like fs more because of energy storage but thats just me. also did skills of the top of my head so im sry i got those two confused been a long day. lol however i really did think dunes attacked faster than normal. a couple of friends told me that... and yes this is a RA build.

i find this aproach to be non BM even thought all but 2 kills are BM so remove troll witch u already did from what i read second off remove WD and put in run as one if u have factions if not put in sompthing else all though WD is well ok it lets u max BM then after that it lets u max EXP as far as u can instead of ussing troll

If you have Enraged Lunge, try it. Otherwise, cap it and try it. You might like it
