My PvE Build (want to try in pvp, but havent yet)

Preorder daggers(cuz I'm to lazy/broke to get better ) , and full Shoruded armor.

Basiclly, you start out with Way of Perfection. Then just go down the line. WoP is the enchantment you need for Golden Phoenix/Lotis Strike. Gold lotus Strike will give you bak 9 energy when it hits due to WoP which will bring you almost to full. Then Fox FAngs/Critical Strike. Here you can either A.) If your target is still alive, use Golden Phoenix and Death Blossom and probably finsh him, or B.)Change targets and use Golden Phoenix and Death Blossom. Whenever your done, you should be fairly low on energy, so return/AoD out.

I would just re-use Golden Phoenix Strike instead of using 2 slots on lotus + fox fangs. You can replace Lotus - Fangs with a Res Sig and a run skill or a res skill and another skill for a combo.

I personally don't like Critical Strike as a dual attack and think that you should probably use it as your second or not at all, and use Twisting Fangs as your first dual attack since it does Bleed + Deep Wound. Since you're either gonna follow that with Critical Strike or Death Blossom you should have a ton of damage to add to that deep wound condition and should either drop the target or weaken them enough to kill them soon.

I use a build very like yours, only I have a different goal with it:

Golden Lotus works then both as a source of energy and as the lead attack for Temple Strike. Death Blossom does armor ignoring AoE damage, something very useful in PvE. Golden Phoenix, with its short recharge, does very well with two Dual Attacks - I almost always have one of the 2 ready to be used. Blades of Steel does more damage for every recharging attack skill, and since I have other four of them...(plus its animation is by far the better looking one, IMO ). In a place filled with bosses, I just switch Blades with Twisting Fangs, it has a slower recharge but it's better against a single, powerful enemy.

I use this with Vampiric daggers and some enchantment that basically converts the health degen into energy regen (yes, Mending FTW : P). There's no other self heal there - I believe the best healing for an Assassin is to not take damage in the first place, and that's where Dash goes in use.

(Silver, try to get Critical Strikes to 13 - it's one point above what you currently use, but it will then give you 3 energy per critical, not only 2.)

darn it, i still dont get what Deep wound does, I coulda swore it only reduced healing effectiveness on that person by 33%, but by the sounds of it, it does more than that.. @.@

Deep Woun does reduce healing and it reduces their TOTAL hp by some number. I think it comes out to be roughly 100hp off MAX. Dont quote me. i dont know the actual numbers but it drops their max hp which in therefor makes them have less hp to get back and yadadada its pretty good.

Stacks? as in deep wound applied by 2 different skills will stack on each other?

I hate to break it to you guys, but deep wound does not stack. It did for a little while,though. Stacking deep wound was a bug that came with one of the many updates some time ago, but that was fixed pretty quickly.

What deep wound does is decrease the target's health by 20%, as silverwyng said. That means that the target loses 20% of their max health, which also reduces their current health by an equal amount. Deep wound also reduces healing on the target enemy by 20%.

The maximum health reduction is capped at 100. Even if the target enemy has more than 500 health total, they will lose a maximum of 100. Deep wound cannot kill an enemy, only lower them to 1 health. When deep wound is applied to the target, the 20% health reduction is not shown right away, unless the target has some health regeneration/degeneration. Otherwise, it is not reflected in the health bar until that enemy suffers from damage again (i.e. the next hit they take).

Twisting Fangs will show the 20% health reduction right away, since the target will also be bleeding.
