Necro - Higher weakness - 10e 2 cast 25 recharge (Curses)
For 5-15 (max maybe 16 or 17) sec or until the hex is removed, the conditions from target foe cannot be removed.

Monk - Remote Healing - 5e 2 cast 10 recharge (Healing)
You heal target other ally for 10-35 (max 37,38). Divine favor does not apply. This spell have RADAR range.
