Wtb Magmas Shield

I would like to buy a magmas shield as good as i can get for 100k and 25 ecto
( atm )

I prefer:

req str max 10
req tactics max 13

+ x hp in stance
-2 in stance or -5 ( 19 or 20 % )

the price tag on this shield is way beyond your budget, but i thought i'd let you have a look at it anyway (no charge ).

i have 2 magmas not perfect with 2 mods
