Need Help Completing Shadow Shield Collection!!!!

I have looked and looked but I have not been able to find the last shield I want for my collection. I need a 60 Hex -3 Hex Shadow shield. At this point I will take and Req but the lower the better.

Not really top priority, but I also would consider any other PERFECT dual mod shield.
ie. +30 -2/-5/-3, +Health +Armor, yada yada yada.
If it's not perfect stats tho I dont want it so no point in posting it. Again, top priority is the 60/3 Hex.
