Dual strike quest??

im new to the game juss got factions and lvling an assasin i cannot find it tengu village i talked to panaku and i followed him to the coast and he juss stops not sure what to do any help

I heard that there is a problem with this quest and also finding Brother Pe Wan because of the Dragon Festival quests. If you have one of the Dragon Festival quests active in your quest log, select it, and click the 'Abandon' button. Then see if the problem persists.

I've been hitting the self same problem in dual strike. Not tried the abandonment of other dragon festival missions but its worth a try. Even resorted to taking someone with me who had done it before and they reckoned it was stuffed as the guy we are supposed to knock off has gone completely

He stops a few yards before you get to the tengu, just follow the road to the right, you'll find the village, and the tengu.

the same thing happens to the ranger's quest "the yeti hunt", even tho i finished the dragon festival quests

abandoning the festival quests fixes the bug. you have to abandon them in town, then go to the quest person (in this case panaku for the assassin quest) and they will not stop in the middle of the quest
