Can I get an estimate on this please?

How much would it cost for a 20/20 sunder and +30hp? I have someone selling for 180k for both (100k+80k)... is that price good? and if I do put those 2 mods on ... how much would the sword be worth then... thanks a lot!

200-300k for fell
Don't mod, you only lose money
No 180k for those mods isn't a good price
