I'm looking for a Celestial/Zodiac/Platinum staff that's either

10/10 (or close)
or
20/20 (or close)
or
20/10 (or close)

for the following stats (mix of both will also be considered), ordered by preference:

Restoration
Death
Spawning
Communing

Maximum req would be 12. Or 11 if spawning.
