We have a list of guild members, who was invited by whom, who was kicked, etc. So I would think that tracking which member gave Faction would be simple. Is there a place to find this?

Is there a way to track this? I mean, somewhere the Guild Leader or Officers could find a list of who has contributed and how much?

There is no mechanism to track this. In our alliance, when we donate faction, we announce it to the alliance. But this is hardly a method for keeping track of how much each person contributes. It's more for alliance morale and you quickly remember those that give most often.
