i am a lvl 8 e/me

i am haveing a little touble with the quest a formal introduction

it says to meet master togo right outside the monastery gates in sun qua vale

the only problem is there is no green arrow and when i am at the gates in sunqua vale he is not there

can any one help me plz

If you have this quest active and Master Togo is not standing right outside the Monastary waiting for you, then I suspect it is another glitch with the dragon festival quests. If you have one of those quests active, 'Abandon' it and try again. Hopefully this helps.
