On guildwiki, it says virtuoso armor bonus of +15 while activating skills is global, however I remember a topic where that was a bug for only prophecies armor, and that the factions virtuoso armor ISN'T global. I'd just love some confirmation, as to wether I should buy my virtouso gloves in kaineng or in droks.
