i am having trouble makeing a good e/me

does any one have any suggestions on what attrabuits i should be focused on...

also any ideas on good weaps and amour i should get

Dude, all I can say to you is that you should just experiment putting points in the different attribute lines until you find some combination that you find works well for you.

I mean, obviously, being an elementalist means that points put in Energy Storage gives you more energy with which to spam spells. Always a good thing in my opinion.

But, for the rest, I dunno . . . personally right now with my e/me most of the time I utilize mesmer hexes/interrupts etc. rather than the elementalist line of spells. Just find it to be more fun and a lot more useful in groups.

To each his/her own, I guess.

As for weapon choice you should have a weapon that corresponds with what type of elementalist you are. For instance if you are a water elementalist you should either have some sort of water req staff or a water req wand with an offhand. You want to look for weapons that add energy. Most staffs are Energy + 10. An extra Energy + 5 mod is always great. The staff wrap and staff head can be whatever you feel best.

As for armor you should choose whatever you think is the most effective and the best.

use the mesmer skills to make your ele more resistant to interrupts. a constantly interrupted ele is useless. look through the mesmer skills and you will find skills that allow you to totally ignore interrupt attempts and cast through them. also think about energy management.

You can also look towards Energy Storage, Earth Magic and Inspiration Magic.

You don't need to max out on Energy or Inspiration Magic to be useful. Inspiration is for Energy Management, Energy is for a bigger energy pool, Earth Magic is for quick attacks, AoE and protection.

While I don't have this combo, I do use these skills with other characters.
