Sure it's challenging, but all they do is sent a bunch of monks against you who have res sigz that recharge in 0 seconds and never run out.

do you mean the regular challenge, or the Elite one?

If you just mean challenge, then the point is to enable you to get to the Zaishen Elite, a much more challenging and random version.

The main purpose of it is for "training" and I guess testing builds

oh noez, if you do the Zaishen Elite you can farm faction very quickly
