it says the mask has been offered, in Shing Jea Monastery, by a Imperial Quartemaster Kano(spell?) started at July 4, 15:00 at GMT +8

it's funny, NCTaiwan always post latest news, but I didn't see any NPC to exchange mask now

hmmm GMT + 8 at 15:00 is 22:00 (10pm).... so I'm not sure about the times.

15:00 - 8:00 = 7:00 = 7am
