Lower districts seeming less bugged for the last event, but the higher ones seemed to have many doubles including doubles of graps - not sure if this is meant to be, but nearly every district was losing. by lots

everyone got killed in our district, it was a massacre, we lost like 100 to 600 in d201. grasps were able to pick up the things this time....

In our district we had two Emperors that arrived. First one came at the usual time and then another one a minute later. There were lots of repeated dialogs. For the finale, we still had the other five grasps from the last visit. We didn't have a chance at the mini-game since there were ten grasps at the moment. The final score was 40/810, Fury won of course.
Well, the grasps end up killing everyone and all of them were camping at our res point waiting to kill us once we were alive @_@
Edit: No new special finale, eh? (for the winning districts) -_-;

Grasps could always hit unclaimed essences. This time there were just many mroe grasps.

so there was no first event, and the last one was way bugged. I was in a dist that one though, however it was pretty tough with twice the grasps. I just hopped dists till I saw one that had a winning score.

Glad I didn't bother getting up early for the last event then... though dying and still being able to type into chat was quite amusing.
Made a few plat, got three masks, gave a bunch of orbs away and added a few people to my friends list. Fun event, I thought.

If memory serves me correctly, none of the prior 'special events' had special finales. They were all anti-climactic, IMO. As if no further effort was put into each event beyond the initial setup. Not that I'm complaining (much) since Anet doesn't have to perform any special events whatsoever. But still, if your gonna do something special, go all the way FTW!
Though I like the prizes (yet to be opened!) I'm mostly disappointed in the Dragon Festival. There wasn't much to it, IMO, the 'gambling' flavor of the Games and Prizes (don't mind gambling, probably not a good thing for children), and I saw the worst come out in some of the people during the Emperor events.
And, several glitches occurred during the event, especially at the end l, but I did have some brief fun. I wish they had done something for the Prophecies-only people ...
