Buying: Perfect or Near Emblazoned Defender

Looking to buy a Strength req. (But will consider tactics) of 7-10(will still consider higher, 12 MAX). Prefered would be reduces blind duration and + health or - damage in stance. Any useful duration decreases for a warrior will be considered though (No dazed), and + health/-damage in stance or constant. +10 vs. slashing would also be nice.

Please post any you have meeting the criteria. I will pay 100k + XX ectos.

I typically run Nr/Tranq so w/ enchanted and w/ hexed are really the only mods I dont need. :\
