Is this a tyrian or canthan style cleaver?

If canthan : one is craftable as req 9 and 15^50 at kaneng, so I'd salvage it for either of those perf. mods

If tyrian: perhaps worth a bit, but much, 5k ? I'd still salvage for vamp or defense. GL
