Is it possible to change your secondary profession, like in the first guild wars?

Yes, it is. As you progress through the missions you will locate an NPC who will offer Secondary Professions changing services.

Thanks for the speedy response. What mission is the NPC located in? I'm not really impressed with my A/Mo. Doh
