How big is your harddrive ?
How much ram ?
Then I can answer you
And by the way, your video card is integrated which is used in many schools. I've tried running Guild Wars at exactly the same system specs you wrote and I got around 15 FPS which is very laggy.

I run Factions on a Inspiron 600m. The specs are as follows:
1.3 Ghz
512 SDRAM
ATI Radeon 9000 (which will not let me upgrade drivers. so I'm running on drivers that are over a year and a half old)
Wind0w$ Xp Lite
I runs fairly ok. Lowering resolution detail in game didn't help at all, so I just run it in high. Lag is an issue, but at least for me, it only pops up what seems to be once or twice after I load a new area, and what it does is it warps me back to a place I was previously in. If I were you, Id get the game and try to run it.
