Just a little bit of oddity. In Shing Jea Monastary, the Emperor is not leaving after his appearances, but he does re-spawn. There's about 10 of him there now.

No point in a bug report because they'll be gone in hours, but just thought some folks would like to have a look.

That's happened in a few districts so far. Probably no devs in the office to check why either.

District 19 had that problem 4 hours ago, not sure if its' still the same

Not only is he not leaving, the event isn't "ending" - the ending notifications arn't occurring.
