Aight this might have something to do with the fact I missed the festival, but does anyone care to clarify this? District 153 of what town? Charges? Massive Pwnage? World Ending? We're all going to die? Oh sorry got carried away....

good to see my old Guild leader! Oh and he means celestial charges, during the event you have to carry celestioal charges to celestial sorcerers and if the grasps collect more than you, you die..

He means Celestial Charges. Its a mini game you play after the emperor gives you your mask. You have to get more than the Grasps.

American District 32 got 359 to the Grasps' 65, at least the first time. Subsequent games sort of sucked progressively more...

There was a bug in D7 the time before things went completely screwy. The players had 300+, while the grasps stopped fighting completely after 50 kills. The made their 50, and then just stopped moving, chasing, everything.
