Had a great time at the Dragon Festival

Just got the game a couple weeks ago and this festival was pretty cool.
I see that these little festival prizes they were tossing about are supposed to have something in them. How to do you get that? I have like 4 in my inventory and when I double click them nothing seems to happen.

I loved it - best fun I have had on 4th of July in a long time!

I played 5 of the games - we won each time! My only complaint is that I had previously bought some extra orbs (thinking in the beginning that they would be hard to find!) and those orbs with the ones from the prizes put me over 250 - and you guessed it - my ranger is now proud owner of two (customized) dragon masks! :/ So my only suggestion is that if you have one of the masks in inventory, that you shouldn't be auto-given another.

Fortunately I have a few more orbs left over to give to my guildies who had to work this past week.

I thought the event was great. Had its usual bugs ,but all in all I had a great time with it. Thanks ANet!

Double click on the prize. It will give you either Jade Orbs, Red Bean Cakes, Rice Wine, or 1k gold.

If you have a stack of orbs, cakes, or wine in your inventory you might not notice that they are increasing in number as you double-click the prizes. You can get 1000g as a prize too if you are lucky.

Indeed, could rarely get a good party for these amidst the gamblers and present grabbing. I'm wondering if there was anything special in store for anyone that finished all seven...

Thanks so much for all your kind words. We were really happy to bring you the Dragon Festival, and I was personally amazed at all that the event offered. You should see the length of the Design Doc!

Please do know that we're aware of a couple of bugs, and will take measures to fix those in future events. Also know that soon, we'll be rolling out a new live build which will essentially close the event. (Yes, we intentionally left it running a bit longer, even after Emperor Kisu headed off into the haze.)

Your suggestions and feedback are more than welcome, and I've started a thread to collect that here. We hope to read your continued feedback and your great ideas for future events! And again, thanks so much for your positive remarks; they are very appreciated by a tired Dev Team.

I had a great time, just not enough time to spend doing things but I got enough orbs for masks for all my characters I didn't visit the emperor with. I was always in a winning district and got a decent amount of gifts.

Thanks again Anet, awsome event even with the bugs. But the bugs make things fun.
