Ok so I have some questions on the masks:

1.) To get a mask for each character, I have to wait every 2 hours and be present when the emperor starts talking correct?
2.) Does anyone know what time intervals (in EST Time) the emperor will come today?
3.) Is today the last day he comes?

i think you missed him... the last time i saw him was about five hours ago.

i also read here: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s....php?t=3070885 that you can now exchange your 250 orbs for a mask from the imperial sorcerer although this has been uncomfirmed

^^ above poster is correct the end of the festival started yesterday around 5a.m and ended this morning around 3a.m. As for how to get a mask after the festival is over.
