Gothic Dual Axe req8 +5 energy 10% +30

Seeing this thing in my inventory brings tears to my eyes
I shouted in Kaineng Center for a gothic dual, any type any req.... and someone said

Unidentified req8 40k, i said, 30k they said 35k i was like bah ok whatever.

I id'd it and it was +5 energy... gracefully i showed the guy, and while he cried i threw him an ecto. I had the 10% furious mod in my storage, and got the +30HP mod for 25k. so all told i paid 60k for this axe.

Whats the real value =P ?
