cold damage 15/28 req 12 markmanship
Damage +14 while in stance
Armour 7 against phyisical attack

Item2
Gold Zealous Gemstone axe of enchanting
Slashing damage 6/16 req 6 axe mastery
Damage + 15%
Armour -10 while attacking
Energy gain on hit 1
Energy regen -1
Enchantments last 19% longer

I'd say, expert salvage them both for removable upgrades.

Bow -- the req is too high, damage mod not perfect; axe is not max.
