Need a sheild that req str and has mods like exalted aegis

i recently took on a new build and sold my req tactics exalted aegis and im now in need of a new sheild, but it has to req str, plz tell me sheild and mods and cost, im willing to spend but not too much, tryin to keep it under 40k cuz i lost alot of money. i would like to buy a str exalted but if u have one like it, thats fine, would prefer req 9 or 10, possibly 11, but any req is fine.
