Easiest place to cap Crippling Anguish

Well I know there are a lot of places to cap this elite mesmer skill but where is the easiest of them? When I asked in-game, some said during the Thunderhead Keep mission. I just want to know the opinion of others.

The fastiest and easiest place I found was to go from Deldrimor War Camp.
When you get outside, go towards the snowiest area (should be East on the map) and hold down CTRL, if you find another boss, just rezone and try again.
This worked best for me, PM me in-game if you need any help.

I got mine off Barl Stormsiege. I zoned in from Copperhammer Mines and fought a handful of mobs at the very beginning of the zone, and then checked the first spawn. If it wasn't him, I re-zoned. Took about 3 tries for me. YMMV.

Nah, easiest place is the mesmer's path quest. Hack and slash your way through a few wind riders for a boss with a static spawn.

There just is a ton of those Wind Riders, and it's quite a long walk too. And it's Ranger's Path, not Mesmer's. Factions cap point is prolly one of the easiest to get the elite, if one has played that far: Bezzr Wingstorm, just outside Eternal Grove.
