Hello im in need of a good W/* build with Factions only skills. I am currently runnin a W/A build which i find to work pretty well but i would like to know if there are any better builds with factions only skills. Any help would be nice and please dont leave like 30 replys about "Buy Prophecies" thanks....

for me a tank is W/ELE imho (hides from the flames ill get hit with) if u wanna b a runner go W/Mo

anyway back to subject, ok when i started factions i merged into my proph account, then i need MORE char space so bought a factions ONLY version, and i made a warrior

he started as a W/ELE which at the start is really benificial, stack in earth, str, and watever weapon you use, buy/or do the monestry quests to get some skills, spells that up your defence, BUT do not slow you down, silver armour is one of them (but cant be certain its a faction spell, i think it is though) so take these spells for the ele part, then use skills like WATCH YOURSELF, or ma fav SHEILDS UP, and skills to caus damage, but to be a tank you dont really need to be a W/ELE a tank can survive with warr skills only, which CAN be bought from cantha at kaineng,

atm i bought another version of Prophecies mainly for armour, and skills, and for something to do, so know i got 2 accounts of both versions, and my warrior is a w/mo now mainly for med condition since i do alot of Alliance Battles etc,

if you look closly at the skills trainer you shall find defensive skills/spells, but look out for energy cost if a w/ele you dont wanna run out of energy, that sheilds up can save a life

Thanks for the reply but does the ele have any good healing skills from factions or will i be in the dust because all the "Good" skills are in prophecies i like Assasin as my second prof because all his skills are from cantha. I find i need to do quite a bit of healing when im trying to farm and im not sure of the eles skill gonna go look at guildwiki for a while....Thanks and could people post some more ideas for me....

If you go W/E your game will be Damage Prevention thus, there's not much healing to be had. Usually with a monk in your group however, a simple Armor of Earth should in most cases be efficient.

Prophecies or Factions, don't forget to get a good level of weapon mastery (14+), and never go without a deep wound attack.

ok this is what i have so far and its workin out pretty good for the moment but i cant really solo farm good because of the healing.

Armor of Earth
Shockwave (yes thats elite)
Healing Signet
Cyclone axe
Penetrating Chop
Executioner's Strike
Dismember (deep wound )
Endure Pain

Earth 9
Strength 6
Axe 14
Tactics 5

if the build is for PVE well then u need to fix a res sig, as well as HoH u gotta have RES SIG,

good lookin build so far, mayby a cripple attack to prevent them running of to heal or get back up,

Yes its for PvE and i dont like Res Sig idk why but if we die then i leave it up to the healer i might fit it in later. I have been lookin for a cripple attack so i thought this up and is working pretty good.

Armor of Earth(gotta love +46 armour)
Healing Sig
Triple Chop(Elite)
Cyclone Axe
Executioners Strike
Dismember
Balanced Stance
Drunken Blow (use balance stance so i dont fall down really good attack Ithink

Earth 9
Axe 14
Tactics 9 +1(rune)

This build seems to work really well have done a few hard missions with it and holds up really nicely. The triple chop and cyclone axe get my adreniline through the roof for deep wound and executioners strike and just throw on armour of the earth now and then and heal when needed.

well its a absolute skill wat if that healer dies trying to res and you on a mission with np rez portals then you will have to rez sigs to rez any1 and it ruins the battle

There's no reason to stick with a specific secondary class really, since you can change in a second in factions (unlike in Prophecies).

There's no skill in the game more powerful than bringing a dead teammate back to life. Don't rely on "other people" to take rezzes - as a tank, as long as you don't wander off away from your group, you're more likely to be left standing after a monk is - unless you've annoyed your monk that is anyway.
