PC on Dragon's Flat 20/20 +30HP

I read the sticky on the PC for green items and say Drago's Flat(undiabilty the msot wanted bow in my opinon) was 40k. Now are we talking the orignal 10/10 +30Hp or the new one. Last I checked one could get it for 70-100k. Got my 20/20 +30HP for 5k during Dragon Fest. Anywho what is the price range? I'm sure it is 70k but just want to double check.

Me: I think this is a misunderstanding. The Vampriic version of Drago's Flat is 10-15k. Mine 20/02Armor Pent, 30+hp is 70k+
