Does the new dragon mask provide any armor? provided that you lose you plus 1 marksmanship or w/e you can still put the runes on it, but do you still get the 70 armor? or am i losing 70 armor by putting it on?

It has 0 armor level, and is really only decorative and should be worn in town environments rather than while questing/completing missions.
