For my 15k druids, I used silver + silver + silver + yellow.
It gives it a rather nice white look. If you want a screencap, I will get one of her for you

Actually, a slightly cheaper way may be to just use 2 Silvers and a Dye Remover. All of the Ranger armor is very light by default anyway, so it benefits from Dye Remover more than most other armors. Just mix it in like normal dye.

Oh, you want it really, truly, blinding white? 
This is what my 3silver + yellow combo got me:
It was white enough for me, hehe. Because of the crappy Guild Hall lighting it looks a bit darker and a tad more yellow than it really is.
I'm finding my armor boring now, so I think I'm gonna re-dye it pink. But that's off topic.
