The Soulstone AND

Ziinfaun's Belief ( preferd ) OR INSTEAD OF ZIINFAUN'S a Wayward Wand from the factions collector/crafter ( dont own factions myself :P ), req MUST be Prot Prayers
( i could also pay someone to craft me one, ofc with a bonus for himself )
