Hello All ^^

I'm new here btw,so sorry if i do this wrong...

I have a Sundering War Axe of Defense here,but i dont know what its worth.
Stats : Slashing Damage: 6-28(Req. 9 Axe Mastery)
Damage+15%(While health above 50%)
Armor +5 (Can be changed by a HP upgrade if im right)
Armor Penetration 20% (Change 19%)

Please PC this Axe

dont add any upgrades to the item (you suggested putting an HP upgrade on)
