Demon Internet Users appear to be having a problem using guildwars client and website.
ran a tracert to www.guildwars.com which timed out after 5 hops
Called the helpdesk and they advised me to email the tracert to them and they would be in touch within 24 hours
If you got time you might want to do the same might speed things up if more people complain

I am on Demon too and cant get even the log in screen up.
I phoned them just now and they said that they have had no reports of a problem with GuildWars site or the client !!

I'm here in Ontario, Canada using Rogers Hispeed and I can't reach the gw website using tracert.
In game, my friends list keeps disconnecting and my status keeps being set to offline.
