i just got a chaos axe 15.50 req 10 axe mastery +1 19%
it says in the rare item pc that its worth 100-150k
my question is should i mod is with sundering 20/20 and hp +30? will this make much difference in price?
and also is the 100-150k still an accurate pc.

dont mod if you want to sell, they don't hold value when used.

just narrows potential customer base. not everyone wants those mods
