PC on perfect duo gothic, celest, and fell

Ok i just came back to guild wars after 2 montsh cuz computer was broken. Anyway i have these items and dont quite understand pricing. Please help me and thks in advance.

15% always, -5e

Celestial req 8

15% always, -5e
zealous

Duo gothic req 8

15% always, -10al when atk

30hp or 20% enchanting

Im really not sure bout the duo gothcis cuz 2 months ago before i stopped duo gothics were about 100k at max and now i heard they were pricy?

My estimate. Look at the rare skin thread at the top of the page and go:

Mid bracket with the minus fives, and lower bracket with the minus 10.

You can find fell and dual in the sticky.

Celestial: 150k+ popular with a certain group of players.....

Anybody know why duo gothics rose so much so fast?

They have been selling for big bucks since day 1. If anything, they have decreased in value from over farming.
