Cheating

Mostly likely he just knew that map really well. Once you figure out where the bosses spawn and what the bosses are, you could do exactly what you saw.
I doubt it's a cheat program, personally. Unless it was an area where certain bosses don't spawn every time and he got all of those right. Then I'd be concerned.

when we came out of the outpost, he said
"I'm attacking Harn "something"!"
"I'm attacking Nayl "something something"!"
Directly at the portal, they weren't on the compass map, and I belive that anything outside that isn't seen, not if you press CTRL, not if you press ALT, and not by putting the pointer at them, if they are outside it, they are outside your view.

www.guildwiki.org tells you all of the possible spawns for a certain boss you are looking for, so it isn't too hard to know. Before I go out in a group for skill capping, I go on guildwiki and look for the possible spawns.

It's quite easy to type fast. Just have the text you want to show pre-typed. Hit the up button and it's there again. This way you type several lines in a matter of seconds. That's one of the way sale spammers can manage to put so many posts quickly. Though I've found it to be useful when I'm doing special runs, such as capping a spider, to quickly spam the instructions before the player has a chance to accidentally trigger quests.

okay, here is the situation just as it was in chronological order
-Party created by elite hungry players
-Party went outside
-Player shouts he is attacking bosses allmost at the same time, map is pinged at their location the same time he shouts and is right on all the bosses he shouted, no bosses on compass map, this happens at the outpost portal
-party is confused but not really bothered
-party runs around killing stuff
-party gets killed due to some stupid aggroing
-party runs to outpost
-party runs out again
-Player shouts he is attacking bosses allmost at the same time, map is pinged at their location the same time he shouts and is right on all the bosses he shouted, no bosses on compass map, this happens at the outpost portal
- party runs around killing stuff, player runs in a completly different direction than party
-player dies and calls everyone noobs and leaves
-party dissolves

If so, he good!
If not, basically he typed up "I'm attacking whoever" before you guys went into an explorable area. When you guys zoned, hit enter with one hand and ping on the map with the mouse in his other hand.
