I did 9 successful runs to farm for ids, but none dropped for me. I heard a rumor that Anet either took them off or they seriously nerfed the drop rate. Is this true? Am I just having bad lucky or is ids gone or nerfed.

not true. i'll look for an SS of two dropping for me in 1 run after a long break from farming these imps.

and why would they nerf the ids? only saying because Anet seems to be focusing a lot on factions and the next campain/chapter.

oh ya, IMO, from the past i've had more IDS's drop when we (america) had favor. yeah it's strange but i did seem to get 1-2 per run when i had favor vs. not having favor.

i did 2 runs over the long holiday weekend...got 1 IDS each run

Just got 2 ids drop today, both with a partner. He said that there is a glitch that if u solo ids it won't drop just like the icebreaker. Is this true?

Icebreaker drops if you solo it... And from what I've read/heard this is true as well for the IDS.. you can solo them.

yea theres a build on soloing them solo with a warrior and ranger and a monk

i guess it's just my bad luck then. I solo them easily with w/me except when avrica spawns on the hill by the entrance of the cave with trolls, ice golems, and imps. Do you guys generally start over rite away, or do u try it first?
