I cant log in on my warrior or my pvp ele

i had a warrior and a pvp ele and was doing etnaren keys well i logged off and when i went to log on it wouldnt go past the screen that comes up when u click on wich char u want to login as...just froze at 0% it will load any char that isnt in druid's isle(my guilds gh)....i was wondering if it will go away after a day or if my chars glitched...i have 3mill+ exp on my warrior so rm it isnt an option and i have like 4 sets of 15k armor and a sundering crystaline sword of fort wich cost me everything i have....so that char is ireplacable...or however i spell that word.....plz help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!

Do you have both parts of the game installed?

yes i do have both parts installed...it just started happening today...nothing like that ever happened...but anyway i restarted my comp and it seemed to fix the problem thanks guys
