A dakk for factions

He could be located in Imperial Sanctum, or in the divine path. He would be like Dakk in that he has all of the faction non-elite skills. Any comments would be nice.

I thought the skills guy in Harvest Temple served this purpose.

All skill trainers outside of Shing Jea Monastery have every faction/core skill.

I have heard that this is not true, although it might be intended to be that way.

There was a post here the other day about some messmer skills not being available in Kaineng, but they were present in Harvest Temple...

That could be true then, I don't have a PvE mesmer, but as for monk, ranger, warrior, elementalist, and assassin it seemed that way. I guess I just guessed for all classes. Maybe mesmer is the only one?

All the L20 canthan trainers hold all but 5 skills for each class, except the Harvest Temple one which has them all.
