Ok, this is a similar to my elementalist knock down build, but I think its better, check it out.

The req. Types are Assassin/elementalists

Req.

Very Good armor (70 AL)
200 or a little less attribute points (170-200)
Decent Weapon
Having fun

Atrribute Points

Critical Strikes 8 (+1)
Dagger Master 10 (+2)
Air Magic 12

Spells

Teinai's Wind = Spell. All adjacent foes take 51 cold damage. Attacking foes struck by Teinai's Wind are knockded down.

Whirlwind = Spell. All adjacent foes take 51 cold damage. Attacking foes struck by Whirlwind are knocked down. (Yes the same spell, differ names)

Shock = Skill. Target touched foe is struck for 50 lightning damage and is knocked down. This Spell has 25% armor penetration and causes Exhaustion.

Glyph of Lesser Energy = Glyph. Fot 15 seconds, your next Spell costs 15 less Energy to cast.

Glyph of Energy = Elite Glyph. Fot 15 seconds, your next Spell costs 20 less Energy to cast and does not cause Exhaustion.

Leaping Mantis Sting = Lead Attack. If Mantis Sting hits, target foe takes +19 damage. If this attack strikes a moving foe, that foe is Crippled for 13 seconds.

Falling Spider = Off-Hand Attack. Must strike a knocked-down foe. If it hits, Falling Spider strikes for +31 damage and target foe is Poisoned for 17 seconds.

Horns of the Ox = Dual Attack. Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Horns of the Ox strikes for +27 damage. If struck foe is not adjacent to any allies, that foe is knocked down.

Strategy

Ok, if you read the spells then you should already know the strategy. First before the fight, cast glyph of energy run up to a attacking foe and cast either "Teina's Wind/Whirlwind" (For multible enemys) or "Shock" for one enemy ("Glyph of Energy" and "Glyph of Lesser Energy" will maintain your energy) While the foe is knocked down simply use "Falling Spider" (After useing "Leaping Mantis Sting") The enemy should be dead with the help of your team if not, simply rinse and repeat. Simple but effective.

Have you tried it? personally i think the glyphs are too much, and the 2 whirlwinds are too much aswell. I'd stick with shock, Getting AoD for the true assasin purpose, hitting and running. and get a self heal, shadow refuge, with some more condition causing attacks. Then again this could work against a large group of warriors close to each other.

but thats just me

I'm guessing this is a PvP build, if it is then move it to the Gladiator's Arena forum. PvP builds don't belong in the Campfire forum.

Also, I don't know think Shock is affected by Glyphs since it's a skill not a spell.

Skill. Target touched foe is struck for 10...50 lightning damage and is knocked down. This Spell has 25% armor penetration and causes Exhaustion.

Woa, shocks not a spell, got to change that, and this is a decent PvE build, but your maybe right, a PvP might be better.
