Buying a good bow and necro wand

Ok i am buying the best bow thats posted here if its cheap and good. But mainly i am buying a 1 handed necro weapon (cesta) it needs to beat 11-22 dmg and 10% chance to half recharge of skills. If you have better post what items and what price. It MUST be death magic however i might be changing my build so if you have very good one post it anyway. Also buying anything better then Kole's Gauntlet once again prefer death magic items.
