WTB: [Eternal Bow | 15^50 | Req 10 | Clean prefered]

I am looking for the following, and it has to be exact.

Eternal Bow
Piercing Damage: 15-28 (Requirements: 10 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (While health is above 50%)


I would prefer it to be a clean bow, because I do not use standard Fortitude and Sundering mods. Willing to pay a fair bit. I am not offering, I would like a fixed price from you, and for me to match it. I'm not a 'noob' so please do not try and Con me...

You can probably tell by now that I am an interrupter, hence the upgrades. I use Concussion Shot so I will not be requiring any other mod.
