no there won't. Look at Factions, Asian theme. Where is the racism in this. Don't know why you brought this up. Racism doesn't only revolve around Africians. It involves multiple cultures. I didn't see a problem with racism in Factions with the Asian theme there shouldn't be a problem with an African theme.
maybe you should clarify your thoughts more.

Well think about how much more often the 'N word' is tossed around than the derogatory term used for asians. Quite a bit more, especially with the rap influence that has been put into this generation right now.
Not too many people know of the derogatory term for the asians, so that may be a reason why the racism hasn't been showing as much. However, there have been many instances involving 'chinese farmers' and Koreans from the PvP world. It doesn't show much, but we know that it's there every little while. Go ahead and turn on the 'all' chat in a large city and read for a while. You will be surprised.
Now, farming will always be part of this game, and with the addition of the new chapter, maybe the term 'chinese farmer' will change to..dare I say it?..'cotton farmers' due to the rough past that africans have had. That includes before and after immigration.
Hopefully, there won't be any events that involve racism just because of this new chapter and it's setting.
