PC on Gold Dragon Scythes +5E and gold Hammer +14%

Hello,

I would appreciate any help to determine the value of those 2 Gold items:

Cruel Dragon Scythes of Shelter
requires 11 daggers mastery
dmg 7-17 (max)
energy + 5
+7 armor vs. Physical

Sundering Marble Hammer of Defense
requires 8 Hammer mastery
19-35 damage (max)
+14% damage always
-10 armor while attacking
+5 armor always
sundering 20%/19%
