I've seen a lot of perfect plats being offered for 100e, but that doesn't mean they actually sell at this.
I have a req8. 15^50. 20/20. +30, when I ask for offers, the highest I get is around 100k 30-40e.
In answer to your question, you might get 100k 50e+, if you're very lucky and find a buyer desperate for this sword. As with every sale, if you find the right person, the sky's the limit.
I'd set the value of this at 250-300k for your average hi-end buyer.

I would start off at 100k+25 Ecto...I agree that it is worth +50e, but if you can't get anyone wit +35 then go a little lower... Not too low though- this is a nice sword
