My solution to Leeching. Please read

Now i know many people have been complaining about leeching, and ive begun to think on a plan.
Negative Points System
The system works, by giving users negative points that count against that user. It is an account wide effect and cannot be removed, unless that person quests alot and shows improvment since the incident.
After X (im thinking of 7 ) Number of points the user gains, He or she will be BANNED from PVP Arenas.
After X (im thinking of 10 here) Number of points, the user is banned from ALL live teams, including instances, missions, pvp arenas, and anywhere else he can team with a real human.
The user will have to lose ALL his negative points or he will be stuck with henchies for eternity. On a sidenot, IF the user losse's ALL his negative points, but then is found afking again, He will be perma-banned from live times.
How to gain Negative points: Now this is the hard part, and obviously the most hard to implement. I have thought of this.
At the end of the Mission/PVP mission/etc, The users total number of Steps and the total time of that mission are averaged out. If the users steps per every 30 seconds is Extremely low (im thinking 30 seconds, with maybe an average of 2 or below steps) Then that user is Awarded a shiny Negative point.
Ive been thinking about flaws, But i seriously cannot find a reason why a person wouldnt move at all during a pvp/pve mission.
PVP= kiting
PVe= Gotta finish the story and kite?
I know it might be a small burden on casters, But their average should be higher then the 2 for every 30 seconds. If its found to problamatic though, maybe the time should be increased to 45 seconds?
For BRB users, Ive also come up with a solution. When a person is in AWAY mode his total time is shortened by 5 minutes. For any normal person that is enough and should suffice to increase their average per 30/45 seconds.
This solution is for missions and pvp areas only. Instances should NOT be covered by this. and lastly, i can forsee runs might have problems. Though some people like to aFK during runs, this would make them stay and maybe eliminate (?) those 2 people that dont pay?\
- This idea is open for discussion, any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Whilst its a novel idea, I dont think it will work..

I forsee an increase in afk botting... But otherwise this is a pretty good idea^^
If Anet takes this into consideration, im sure they;ll come up with something reasonable.

Also, if someone really wanted to cheat out of this system, all they have to do is face a wall, put something on the W and D or A keys, and they'll be running in circles continuously.
Body block em to stop moving? Guess what? That person will have to NOT MOVE, hence, 2 people get a "negative point." Not only that, your party is now down 2 members to do this. Its either start again or let the leecher be.
My personal solution to leechers in missions:
I leave. You can usually spot a leecher within the first 5 minutes. I think waiting a few more minutes to start the mission again is worth not having to drag dead weight through a mission.

@Helios
If they do put something on the movement keys however,
a) They ruin their keyboard
b) Wouldnt Anets Bot detecting kick in?
And im sorry, i dont understand your first point.
And to Terra, if they do that, they are trapped again. This time against anets Bot detecting system. Win-Win For players and Anet if they bot.
This system isnt 100% set in stone, im sure if implemented it would be edited alot. Im just suggesting a system =)

Once again people attempt to hammer a nail with a bulldozer.

My solution to leeching: take your time and when forming your party, get people who are respectable and mature. I've never had a problem with leeching.
Also, I'd rather not get negative points if I go afk during a run (infusion for example)...

@duanstar- Most people Should do that. However they cannot in random areas , And i did mention a user would have to stay on a run. Guess its not an accepted system

Simple becuase some builds and classes are more passive than others, Bonders for example, and thus do not move around as much as other, more active, builds.

I see you put a lot of thought into this but I agree with those who say the benefits would not out-weigh the labors needed to pull it off.

I'm scared now to go away from the computer for a bit now, maybe some sort of emergency comes up, or someone calls me downstairs.

The system works when PLAYERS avail themselves of it. it does not work when people just go to a non-offical website and whine about the problem.
There are jerks in this world. There are people who Leech off others efforts, or just like the play mind games and create misery. How you deal with them reflects on what they will do next. If you accept that you are just a victim of their actions and wail against the unfairness, they will laugh at you and do it again. If you take a stand, say "No more; if you want to make my playtime boring, I'm going to use my boring playtime to fight you" then they will back down.
You have a weapon against these jerks. Its called PrinScreen and a calm head while you type out the report. Use these weapons and fight back, or accept that you will always be harrassed and helpless.
BTW: /nosign. Stop trying to fix what ain't broke; use it instead. Report people instead of asking Anet to do everything for you.

given how many times various AFK detectors been discussed its a stupidest idea ever. It doesn't work and never will. Leechers will adapt and legimate players will get hurt for no reason.
The way to deal with this is take away the reason to leech or punish those who do.
And no, Minus Sign, ANet does not handle those reports. I personally tryed to report people back when leeching first started. They do nothing about it, but closing the case and politely telling you to go screw yourself. Galie Gray basically said so herself.
