i have 5 titels that iv ernd at max lvl and its not giving me the kind of a big deal titel whats going on???

which titles? because if you have skill hunter (which can never be maxed) you won't get KoaBd

you have to completely max the title... not just gain the tier 1 of the title

You need 5 COMPLETE MAX titles on the same character.

For instance I have the max explorer title of grandmaster on both tyria and cantha.

Not just pathfinder or explorer or what ever the other lower ones are.

Read guildwiki.net for the list of titles and their max levels.
